Refund policy

I understand a one of a kind vintage rug is an investment and believe being able to see a rug in your space is critical to feeling comfortable about the purchase you are making.

With this in mind, Heir & Loom is offering a refund if your rug is not the right fit.

Please contact me within three days of receiving the rug and it can be returned in its initial packaging. I will email you a return shipping label and organise for the rug to be picked up again and delivered back to me.

Once the rug has been received by me in it's original condition I will issue the refund.
