All orders are processed within 1-3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped with tracking details.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times will depend on your location. Please allow longer for regional areas.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimates only and may be subject to change. But generally, rugs sent to capital cities will take 2-3 days and rugs travelling to remote areas may take 5-10 days.
